Introducing TEKLAB BGA Re-Workstation uses to removing the arrays of balls from the PCB, then cleaning and repairing the solder balls of the grid array and reinstalling them onto the PCB.

• Fixture for G.A Re-Work System which can hold PCBs for B.G.A Re-work.
• M.D Re-workstations/Systems can be connected at the top and Pre-Heater can be placed below the PCB.
